Team towers & high ropes courses for experiential learning

Team towers & high ropes courses for experiential learning – perfectly tailored to your needs

From compact designs like the team tower, to expansive high ropes courses for hands-on learning, we boast a wide range of credentials in this particular area. No park is the same as any other. And for good reason! Because when we’re designing adventure learning parks, it is essential to ensure that the facilities are perfectly tailored to the target groups and the specific applications. Simply put, it all has to makes sense and fit in with the plans. And ultimately, it must be profitable!

Generally speaking, hands-on learning elements in the high ropes course (up to 12 meters in height) are approached using external safety systems. The participants are secured into what is known as a top rope system from the ground or by the safety instructor, or alternatively by the group under the instructor’s guidance. This safety system allows participants to gain special experiences, which they then reflect on in groups with reference to the respective program.

To create even more options for your program, we can also incorporate a self-belaying area if necessary and use the space below the course for various ground-level exercises.

Low ropes courses for experiential learning

Low ropes courses for experiential learning – overcoming boundaries & promoting togetherness

Low rope elements for experiential learning are perfect for programs that are designed to help people overcome their boundaries or develop a sense of togetherness. They can be used individually or extended one after the other in a logical course for different applications.

All the obstacles are located very close to the ground, so they usually incorporate a passive safety mechanism called “spotting”.

The individual obstacles are intended as problem-solving tasks, making them perfect for use for training and therapeutic applications. They also meet with an extremely enthusiastic response as part of events and incentives, so they perfectly complement high ropes exercises.

In a nutshell, the low ropes course should fulfil two requirements first and foremost:

  • Participants should surpass their personal limits, the message being: “Ah! I can do more than I thought!”. This increases their motivation and the feeling that they can master challenges.
  • The feeling of togetherness and team spirit should also be boosted. The understanding of teamwork should be enhanced, the message being: “We belong together! We are a team!”.

The aim is for the participants to take the team spirit conveyed by these requirements back into their everyday professional and private life.
