Climbing fun with a fjord view Year of construction 2023
Located directly at Killary Fjord, the Killary Adventure Company has been offering outdoor activities in breathtakingly beautiful surroundings since 1981. As a complement to the educational high ropes course, a forest rope park with zipline elements was created, especially suitable for teenagers. 39 climbing elements and 10 ziplines are easily traversed using the continuous Coudou Pro safety-system - the use is permitted for kids from six years old, and an introductory course ensures additional safety. The ziplines lead over the road and through the forest, with the longest one offering an impressive 80 meters of flying fun. The view over Killary Fjord from the highest platform at 11 meters is also exceptional!
Despite summer downpours and mosquito attacks in the marsh area, we were able to complete the facility within two weeks. Construction was carried out using tree-friendly drilling techniques. The location directly by the water inspired a climbing exercise with wakeboard and kayaks integrated into one of the elements, making it truly unique.
