Germany's largest climbing facility over water to date Year of construction 2022

The Aqua Chimp - here called Aqua Climb - on Lake Ternsche is the fourth of its kind in Germany and the largest facility to date. The climbing fun between Münster and Dortmund is located in the direct vicinity of the nearby camping site of the Ternsche Lake Park and is a successful addition to the family-friendly leisure facilities already available there.

Like every Aqua Chimp, this one is unsinkable, solid, safe and uncomplicated to operate. The airy course above the water consists of 22 interconnected steel poles on unsinkable floats, with 25 climbing exercises of varying degrees of difficulty spanning between them. So every visitor will find his perfect adventure! One of the highlights is definitely the 26-meter-long zipline. Another special feature are the floating bodies clad in reed decor, which blend in perfectly with the surrounding nature.
